Product workflow

How it works

Five steps from profile setup to the weekly decision note. Every stage keeps a rule trail; uncertainty is never papered over with guesses.

01

Profile

Your criteria are defined in the customer area. Screening and labels run against that frame, and the same place is used when your needs change.

02

Scan

TED, EBRD, the World Bank, UNGM, ADB, AfDB, IsDB and IDB: eight official sources are scanned each week and merged into a single working pool.

03

Screen

Records that do not fit your preferences are filtered with explicit rules: country, sector, size and contract type. A rule trail is kept for every tender so you can see what removed what.

04

Assess

Shortlisted opportunities go through structured review and each label is read before release. If evidence is insufficient, UNCLEAR or CRITICAL GAP stays visible; it is not guessed away.

05

Deliver

The weekly decision note appears in the customer area, with access and a short summary sent by email. Each line includes the label, rationale, source trail and suggested next step.

8 official sources, one scanning frame

International public tenders are published across fragmented portals. İhaleAtlas brings those sources into a single weekly screening cycle.

TED (Tenders Electronic Daily)

European Union public procurement

Above-threshold public tenders from EU member states are published here. In goods, services and works categories, it is one of the largest pools accessible to Turkish suppliers and global bidders alike.

World Bank

Global development projects

World Bank-financed projects are generally open to international competition. In infrastructure, energy, health and education, equipment and goods procurement tenders often show strong fit for export-oriented suppliers.

EBRD (European Bank for Reconstruction and Development)

Balkans, Central Asia, Caucasus

EBRD projects cluster around infrastructure, energy, transport and municipal services. Its geography creates strong opportunity flow for firms active across nearby regions.

UNGM (United Nations Global Marketplace)

UN agencies and entities

UN procurement across agencies is gathered under one roof. Tenders appear frequently in logistics, medical supplies, IT equipment and field infrastructure categories.

ADB (Asian Development Bank)

Asia-Pacific region

ADB finances development projects across Asia and the Pacific. Equipment supply opportunities stand out in energy, transport, water and sanitation portfolios.

AfDB (African Development Bank)

African continent

AfDB publishes tenders tied to infrastructure and development projects across Africa. Opportunities appear in energy, water treatment, agri-tech and construction equipment categories.

IsDB (Islamic Development Bank)

OIC member countries

IsDB finances projects in health, education, infrastructure and trade across OIC member states. For Turkish companies, it can create meaningful commercial proximity and fit.

IDB (Inter-American Development Bank)

Latin America and the Caribbean

IDB-linked tenders support development projects across Latin America and the Caribbean. Internationally open opportunities appear in energy, transport and digital infrastructure.
