Weekly decision note
Mar 17 - Mar 23
Product workflow
Five steps from profile setup to the weekly decision note. Every stage keeps a rule trail; uncertainty is never papered over with guesses.
Your criteria are defined in the customer area. Screening and labels run against that frame, and the same place is used when your needs change.
TED, EBRD, the World Bank, UNGM, ADB, AfDB, IsDB and IDB: eight official sources are scanned each week and merged into a single working pool.
Records that do not fit your preferences are filtered with explicit rules: country, sector, size and contract type. A rule trail is kept for every tender so you can see what removed what.
Shortlisted opportunities go through structured review and each label is read before release. If evidence is insufficient, UNCLEAR or CRITICAL GAP stays visible; it is not guessed away.
The weekly decision note appears in the customer area, with access and a short summary sent by email. Each line includes the label, rationale, source trail and suggested next step.
