Refund & Cancellation
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 30 April 2026
This policy explains how Standard and Plus subscriptions are cancelled, when refunds apply, and your rights under Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Selling Regulation.
1. Scope
This policy covers the three products sold via ihaleatlas.com:
• Standard subscription — weekly decision note, billed monthly
• Plus subscription — extended weekly decision note, billed monthly
• Deep Evaluation — fixed-scope, one-time delivery for a single tender
2. Standard and Plus — Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time, either directly from the customer area or by sending a written request to the contact email below.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you are currently in. Deliveries continue uninterrupted for the paid period; no charge is made for the next period.
Access to the customer area and historical reports remains open until the end of the paid period.
3. Standard and Plus — Refunds
Subscriptions are digital services that begin producing value as soon as the delivery flow starts. Once the first weekly report has been delivered, the paid period is non-refundable; cancellation applies to the following period.
If you cancel before the first delivery, the amount paid is eligible for a refund (see the Right of Withdrawal section below).
4. Deep Evaluation — Refunds
Deep Evaluation is a one-time service opened for a single tender, with scope clarified in writing with you in advance. Refund eligibility depends on the stage at which you cancel:
• Scope not yet confirmed: full refund.
• Scope confirmed but work not yet started: full refund.
• Work started but delivery not yet made: prorated refund — actual effort already invested (sourcing, document review) is deducted.
• Delivery made: no refund. If you believe the delivery falls outside the agreed scope, you may submit a written correction request; corrective delivery will be made at no extra charge where appropriate.
5. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
Under the Turkish Distance Selling Regulation, when purchasing as a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason and without any penalty.
To exercise this right, send a written notice to desk@ihaleatlas.com within 14 days of the contract being concluded.
If withdrawal applies, the amount paid is refunded via the original payment method within 14 days of the notice.
6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Under Article 15/h of the Distance Selling Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content and services that begin to be performed with the consumer's consent and are delivered electronically immediately.
In practice, this means your right of withdrawal is exhausted once the first weekly report under a subscription has been delivered, or once Deep Evaluation work has begun.
If you do not wish to accept this restriction, you may withhold your consent at the time of purchase; in that case the service will not start and a full refund remains available within 14 days.
7. Refund Process
1) Send your refund request to desk@ihaleatlas.com, including the order number and the email address used for the subscription.
2) Requests are answered within 3 business days; eligibility is assessed.
3) When approved, the refund is processed to the original payment method within 14 days. Bank or card-issuer settlement times fall outside our control.
8. Service Disruption or Incorrect Billing
If a scheduled delivery does not occur, or if you are charged in error, please notify us in writing — your case will be reviewed immediately.
If a scheduled delivery is missed entirely: full refund of the relevant period's fee, or credit toward the next period (your choice).
If an incorrect charge is identified: the amount is refunded promptly and the underlying control is updated to prevent recurrence.
9. Contact
All refund and cancellation requests should be sent to: desk@ihaleatlas.com
Contracting party: Emre Okutan (İhaleAtlas, www.ihaleatlas.com)
Requests are concluded within 14 days, in line with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) Article 13 and the Distance Selling Regulation.
10. Effective Date and Updates
This policy is in effect as of the date of publication. It may be updated to reflect changes in legislation or in the scope of the service.
The current version is always published on this page; the date at the top indicates the last update. Updates made before a renewal apply from the start of the renewed period.
